Carkutir (“we” or “us”) strives to provide you with high-quality automotive spare parts and excellent customer service. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which you can return items and receive a refund.
- Returnable Items:
You may return most items purchased on Carkutir within 5 days of receipt, provided they meet the following criteria:
The item is in its original, unopened, and unused condition, with all packaging materials and tags intact.
The item does not fall under the non-returnable/non-refundable category (see section 4).
You have the original purchase receipt or order confirmation.
- Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items:
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Electrical/electronic parts: Due to the sensitive nature of these items, once opened, they cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Special orders: Items specifically ordered for you cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Opened or installed parts: Once an item has been opened and/or installed, it cannot be returned unless it is defective.
Closeout items: All sales of closeout items are final.
- Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

We will provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Securely package the item in its original packaging.
Ship the item back to us using the provided return label or your preferred shipping method.
Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5 days of material receipt.
- Refund Amount:
You will receive a full refund for the returned item(s), minus any applicable return shipping costs. We will issue the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Exceptions:
We may, at our sole discretion, approve the return of items that do not meet the above criteria on a case-by-case basis. However, such exceptions are not guaranteed.
